We are intentionally limiting our number of guests and frequently fill time blocks, so we strongly recommend pre-purchasing your tickets online to ensure your entry. The Greater Cleveland Aquarium is open now 363 days a year with advance tickets or reservations.

Please check your order carefully as the Aquarium has a no refund policy.

We have extended the validity of previously purchased general admission tickets with expirations of March 2020 – March 2021 by 3 months to accommodate for the temporary COVID-19 closure. Please call 216.862.8803 to redeem those tickets for timed entry.

An Aquarium Annual Pass pays for itself in just 1.5 - 2 visits. There are a variety of membership levels to meet every need. Annual Passes are name-specific and all sales are final.
